The Government of Antigua and Barbuda actually holds sovereignty over the rocky island of Redonda. We make no claims to any form of ownership and fully acknowledge the right of Antigua & Barbuda to rule over and protect Redonda.
However the whimiscal claims to kingship and the tradition of the literary kings of the island are graciously tolerated by the nation's government who understand and appreciate the publicity value the kingdom adds to their Country.
We thank the Government for its indulgence and greatly respect and seek to promote their islands as a superb holiday and sailing destination
